Hello, I'm Steve Bradley!
I’m Steve Bradley, The Fitness Guy, and I’ve made it my mission to help people live happier lives by improving their health and fitness.
I’m all about balance and believe that you don’t have to sacrifice a good social life and the food and drinks you love to get ‘healthy’. Good health is achieved by regular exercise, a balanced and nutritious diet and having fun.
I became a personal trainer in 2006 and started a personal crusade against the dark side of the health and fitness industry. The fad diets, rapid weight loss schemes, quick fixes, magical supplements and detoxes. I wanted to teach people that there was a healthier, happier way to lose weight than simply cutting out all the things you enjoy and eating chicken broccoli and brown rice or 3 shakes a day.
My approach back in 2006 is exactly the same as it is today…”Find The Balance.”
Through my online programmes, along with my superb team of coaches, we have helped over 30,000 people to transform their minds and bodies while still enjoying a great social life, tasty treats and a few drinks.
